Warranty Policy

Green Room offers a free 4-month warranty on all online order items or in-store purchases (aside from any QA Sale items, Archive Sale items, and other ineligible items not listed below), effective on the date of delivery, pick-up, or in-store purchase.

The warranty protects against manufacturing defects that may have been overlooked and left your product vulnerable to damage. The warranty does not protect against theft.
 

Limited to one replacement per customer. Alternation voids this policy. 

To initiate a warranty claim, please email hello@greenroombody.com with photos of your defective item and your online order number or proof of receipt of in-store purchase. Do not dispose of any defective items as we will require them to be shipped back to our warehouse to fulfill the warranty claim. If the item that you are seeking replacement for is thrown out, the warranty will be void and we will be unable to assist. 

Once the warranty claim is approved, we will send out a replacement at no cost (shipping included). 

Items eligible for warranty: claw clips, hair forks, hair comb pins, soap saver bags, travel tins, soap dishes. 

Any products not listed above are not eligible for warranty.
